A Surface color treatment with advanced Japanese technology.

TEXGUARD delivers a non-gloss and clearer finish, combining anodic and organic coatings. They provide an effective surface treatment that applies synthetic resin paint which is then banked over an anodic oxide coating.

TOSTEM’s surface treatments are available in a wide range of color tones, from light to dark in the bronze color spectrum, and Natural White, Ivory White and Autumn Brown through the use of pigments. The final surface color retains its tone, resulting in a long lasting, pleasing appearance.

Japanese Engineering & Tostem Quality Detail

All products of TOSTEM are developed and designed, manufactured and assembled under integrated production process with strict TOSTEM quality control. Extrusion dies, aluminium bullet, extrusion profiles, coating, pre-fabrication, and hardware assembly process are all done in TOSTEM factory in Thailand.

The greatest benefit of TOSTEM pre-engineered system is the ability to build windows in consistent quality. With a single screw driver, anyone can build a same quality window system reiteratively. We strive to achieve constant excellence on all the production cycle, as well as our system.
